6 Game Rules and Fair Play

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. If you close your account voluntarily, any remaining balance (after deducting pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.

If your account is suspended due to a breach of these Terms, basa 8 is not obligated to return any funds held in the account until an investigation is complete. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, funds will be returned promptly.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the basa 8 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and design elements — is the intellectual property of basa 8 or its licensed suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any basa 8 content without prior written permission.

10 Limitation of Liability
